Eats, Shoots & Leaves: Why, Commas Really Do Make a Difference! Review

I am currently an adviser for a writing program, and I purchased this book because the students wanted to learn about grammar and punctuation. This book does a great job of explaining the importance of commas through plenty of delightful examples. The illustrations are memorable and their explanations are clear. I would recommend this book for young children who are being introduced to commas and other types of punctuation.

Eats shoots and leaves - Raevandy - Schertz, TX
This book is wonderful. It illustrates the importance of punctuation in a very fun way.
It's all good - Tom Scott - Midlothian, VA
The book arrived in near perfect condition. It even smelled new. While I couldn't be happier with the experience my wife, which whom the book was for, noted the book is not the "real" version and appears to have been produced for another country. I doubt the seller even knew.
Pleasure - Naya Jhen - Phoenix, AZ, USA
This book was an absolute pleasure to read. I highly recommend it for anyone interested in a bit of grammatical vigilantism. Lynne Truss has a sense of humor that just had me laughing out of my chair after every paragraph.
Great for comma challenged children and adults! - Deborah Verlen - Chicago, IL USA
I actually picked this book up for myself since I am comma challenged! It was a great illustration of how to use commas in every day writing and what happens when you either don't use them or use them incorrectly. At the back of the book you will find the appropriate rules that accompany the illustrated uses!
